The Monday class is a vinyasa flow or power vinyasa flow class - which means you will sweat (a little). It's a whole body workout aimed at muscle strength and flexibility.

We use alignment-based yoga and learn how to flow dynamically from one yoga pose to the next - strengthening your core, improving your posture, flexibility and concentration. Yoga flow classes tend to be a vigorous and aerobic form of yoga.

New to Yoga? There are plenty of variations to the poses and we have or props like yoga blocks or yoga strap ready to use for modifications.
